1. Eligibility & Registration
Players must submit their correct in-game name and UID at the time of registration. Roster changes after registration closes are not permitted. Players must be 16 years or older, or have parent/guardian consent submitted with the registration. Registration for a slot closes 2 hours before that tournament's start time, and slots are allotted strictly first-come, first-served.

2. Entry Fee
Entry fee starts at ₹25 per team and varies by tournament — some slots may be entirely FREE. The exact fee for a slot is shown before registration and must be paid at the time of registration to confirm the slot. Payment is made knowingly and out of the participant's own free will.

3. Refund Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable once a slot is confirmed, except in the following cases: (a) the tournament is cancelled or postponed by the organizers and not rescheduled, or (b) a duplicate/erroneous payment is verified by the admin team. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1–4 business days. No refund is issued for a squad's own no-show, late arrival, disqualification, or voluntary withdrawal after registration closes.

4. Tournament Format & Scoring
Each tournament is played as a 3-match series with placement points plus 1 point per kill; the top cumulative-score teams/players are declared winners, and the player with the most overall kills across the series wins Man of the Match. Full scoring details are available in the Point System FAQ.

5. Tie-Breaking Rule
If two or more teams/players are tied on total points, the tie is broken in this order: higher total kills across the series → better highest single-match placement → admin review, whose decision is final and binding.

6. Fair Play
Use of hacks, macros, emulators (outside an announced emulator bracket), or any third-party assistance results in immediate disqualification of the full squad. Teaming with another squad or intentionally feeding kills is not allowed and will be reviewed from match replays. Match Integrity decisions are final.

7. Room Join & No-Shows
Teams must join the custom room within 10 minutes of the room ID being shared. Teams that fail to join within this window forfeit that match, with no refund or replay.

8. Prizes & Payout
Prizes are issued as a Google Redeem Code or Cash via Instant UPI Payout to the winning captain, after results are verified. Any dispute regarding results or prizes must be raised within 15 minutes of match end with screenshot evidence, via live chat with admin or email.

9. Disqualification & Admin Decisions
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any player/squad found violating these rules, providing false information, or engaging in abusive conduct toward organizers, admins, or other participants. All admin decisions on scoring, disputes, and rule violations are final.

10. Nature of the Tournament
This is a skill-based e-sports tournament — outcomes depend on player skill, strategy, and in-game performance, not chance. It does not constitute gambling or betting of any kind. This tournament is independently community-organized.

11. Changes to These Terms
Organizers may update these Terms & Conditions, tournament rules, or scoring format from time to time; the version in effect at the time of a match applies to that match. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Information We Collect
When you register, log in, or take part in a tournament, we collect: your in-game name and player UID; phone/WhatsApp number and, optionally, email address; your Google account email if you sign in with Google, or your email if you sign in via Email OTP; payment verification details you submit after paying an entry fee (sender name or the last 4 digits of your UTR — we never ask for or store full card, UPI PIN, or bank account details); and, for matches you play, result screenshots and the kill/placement numbers read from them.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to: confirm and manage your slot registration; verify entry-fee payments manually against our bank/UPI statement; contact you on WhatsApp or by call/email about your registration, match room ID, results, or prizes; calculate scores, rankings, and Man of the Match; and resolve disputes if you raise one. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

3. Login & Third-Party Services
Our website and admin systems run on Supabase (database, authentication, file storage, and the AI service that reads result screenshots). If you log in with Google, Google shares your basic account email with us under Google's own privacy terms. We also use WhatsApp links to let you message us directly — messages sent that way are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

4. What We Show Publicly
Your squad/team name, tournament placement, total points, kills, and (if applicable) Man of the Match title are displayed publicly on the Leaderboard and Track sections so results are transparent. We do not publicly display your phone number, email, UID, or payment details.

5. Data Sharing
Your registration and contact details are visible only to our admin/organizer team for the purpose of running the tournament, verifying payments, and contacting you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

6. Data Retention
We keep registration, match, and payment-verification records for as long as needed to run tournaments, resolve disputes, and maintain result history, after which older records may be removed at our discretion.

7. Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct inaccurate details, or delete your account and associated data (subject to what we must keep for an active or disputed tournament) by emailing us at the address below.

8. Age
As stated in our Terms & Conditions, participants must be 16 years or older, or have parent/guardian consent submitted with the registration. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without such consent.

9. Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local session storage only for basic site functionality, such as remembering where to scroll you back to after a login redirect. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time applies. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
